Indonesian Seven Seas is a wonderfully delicate spice mix. It contains warm cardamom and citrus coriander notes. The sweet flavour of cinnamon is complimented by sultry heat from crushed red chillies. The spice mix is used in traditional Indonesian dishes like Beef Rendang, Nasi Goreng and Opor Ayam.
